Therefore, it only makes sense that each is treated to their needs. At York Street Spa your gifted service provider is waiting to customize your service to your needs.

Our goal is to aid in reaching your physiological, emotional and spiritual peak. We are committed to exceeding the expectations of our clients while respecting the environment and nurturing the growth within our team.

Spa Etiquette & Cancellations

To ensure timely service to all our guests, please arrive fifteen minutes prior to your appointment to allow for check in and full consultation. Should you arrive late for your appointment, in consideration for the next guest, your treatment may be customized to fit the remaining time in order to not inconvenience or delay the next guest. If you estimate you will arrive over ten minutes late, please call to inform the front desk.

We require a notice of twenty four hours for cancellations. Should there be any last minute cancellations or no-shows, fifty percent of the service will be charged. Failure to notify the front desk will result in revoking of booking privileges in order to
accommodate other guests.

We ask that you please set your mobile on silent while in our facial & massage areas to maintain a calming and relaxing environment. All children on the premises must be supervised.
